Kevin
Collins is a home designer and the Finance Manager for
Oais Homes. Kevin has
been designing and building homes since 1997. He holds many
regional top Home Consultant awards and has developed several
award winning floor plans. Kevin is the Oasis Homes expert home
designer.
Kevin's expertise is designing custom modular homes ranging from 800 to 4,800 square feet. His interests include the Chamber of Commerce organizations in local areas and past membership in the Lapeer BNI (Business Network International) group
Oasis Homes' Purchasing Coordinator
is Craig M. Millis. He has over 20 years of
construction experience with a primarly focus in residential construction. Craig's
wealth of experience includes; multi-family construction, inspections, refurbishing,
and overseeing several mobile home communities, as well as commercial construction.
Craig holds a Building Construction Management degree from Michigan State University. He also possesses a Michigan State Builders’ License since 2004. Craig's background and knowledge including his expertise with material and equipment ensures your home project will receive special attention it deserves.
Deana
Vitale is the Sales Coordinator for Oasis Homes and holds a bachelor degree in Business
Administration from the Detroit College of Business.
Deana's experience in communications along with her background in procurement and quality assurance makes the customer selections a smooth and easy process for our customers. Her explicit attention to detail makes her an exceptional sales coordinator.
Carl Hartman oversees the Operations and is the
Financial Controller for Oasis Homes.
He has been a Michigan builder since 1996. In addition to his Michigan
builders license,
he is one of 9 Master Builders in the state of Michigan, certified from the
National Association of Home Builders. Carl is a third generation builder and holds a bachelors degree in
Accounting from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Business
Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
Carl has built over 400 homes for owners with their own property and has developed platted subdivisions, attached and detached condominium projects. He has also worked on several large commercial, industrial, and government projects. Carl is a veteran having spent 6 years in the United States Army Reserve.
Raney Miracle is the Oasis Homes
customer service manager. Her extensive background with the modular housing industry is a great benefit
to Oasis Homes and our clients. Raney has many years of experience as a customer service manager,
as well as several years as a sales coordinator for a large housing manufacturing facility.
Christine Bouford is the
field operations manager. Christine began her career in 1996 in Arizona designing
kitchens for new residential construction. Since then, Christine’s experience and knowledge in new
residential home construction has consisted of such titles as purchasing agent, superintendent,
estimator, and sales administrator.
Christine's education and experience is highly valued and an asset to Oasis Homes. She possesses a Michigan State Builders’ License and Osha Certification. Christine’s dedication in taking care of our clients is her best quality. We are confident you will enjoy your home buying experience when working with Christine.
Joann Yurgelevic
has over 20 years experience in the housing industry and is an Oasis Homes Housing
Consultant. She possess an extensive background in new construction homes,
community management, realtor outreach projects and customer selections.
Joann holds a Real Estate Salesperson license and Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certificate.
Past accomplishments include multiple awards from the National Association of Homebuilders, National Sales and Marekting Council, for $3.6 Million, 5.1 Million and $11.5 Million worth of new home sales.
